Mr Oluwaseun Aderibigbe
He is the Managing partner (MP), he is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), an Associate member of Accounting Technicians (AAT), an Associate member Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI) and an Associate member of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (ANIMN). He is well trained in International Financial reporting Standard (IFRS). He holds a certificate in finance management from the Global Training Consulting (GTC) in London, United Kingdom (UK).
A Master degree holder in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing with Distinction from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta in Nigeria and Ordinary National Diploma in Business Administration. Seun is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in Audit, Taxation, project management, financial management, marketing, supply chain management, business administration and advisory services.

Steve Akinyele
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCIT) with experience spanning over two decades. He started his professional career in the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) when he joined in 1988 and went on to join a firm of Chartered Accountants ten years later. After demonstration of professional excellence, he was able to obtain practicing license from ICAN in May 2001 and with a unique vision, commenced operations in 2003; initially as S. Akinyele Oludare & Co before metamorphosis to SOA Professional Practice. He is well trained in International financial reporting Standard (IFRS). He was educated at University of Lagos where he obtain his BSC and masters in Accounting. He is a seasoned professional with experience in Audit, Taxation, project management, financial management, tax management, Business Administration and Pension management

She is a graduate of the Robert Gordon University, and Olabisi Onabanjo University where she obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Information Management and a B.Sc. in Computer Science respectively. Lola is a seasoned project information management expert. She has worked on major capital projects in the oil and gas, energy, and engineering construction industry for reputable organizations inside and outside of Nigeria.
